• 1.1. Payments : Users are required to make payments for BuilderPe BuilderPe services by the selected plan and agreed-upon billing terms.
• 1.2. Refunds : Refunds are subject to our refund policy and users must meet specified conditions to qualify for a refund.
• 1.3. Upgrading and Downgrading : Users have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time, with changes taking effect in the subsequent billing cycle.

• 2.1. Users may cancel their BuilderPe software Plan at any time through the provided channels, and the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
• 2.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the services.

• 3.1. BuilderPe Software may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the services at its discretion without prior notice.
• 3.2. Prices for services are subject to change, and users will be notified of such changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the software after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

• 4.1. All content, features and intellectual property associated with BuilderPe Software are the exclusive property of the Company.
• 4.2. Users retain ownership of their data. By using BuilderPe Software, users grant the Company permission to use, modify and distribute their data to provide and enhance the services.

• 5.1. Users must be of legal age to use BuilderPe Software services.
• 5.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.
• 5.3. Unlawful or unauthorized use of BuilderPe Software services is strictly prohibited and the company has a right to initiate legal action.

By using BuilderPe Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and users are encouraged to review them periodically. Continued use of BuilderPe Software after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
